Mciltoy should keep focus on being a spokeperson for the PGA to get his annual 12 million dollars in PIP money, far more important than winning titles. After all 98th isn't that bad considering 25 top players are on that other tour. The Masters will be interesting when ALL the worlds top players are in it to win it.
