Well he received a two game suspension. Give or take what goes on in the league and the CBA such lowly actions deserve a lifetime suspension until real remorse is expressed!!!

I've played rugby my entire life, and it bugs me when people use the word "scrum" to describe a free for all of players haphazardly pushing each other around. Scrums are like running a play from scrimmage in football. Each player has a specific role, there are set plays that are run from a scrum, and it is the probably one of the most highly regulated aspects of any sport I can think of. Sorry for being "that guy".
