Hold & Memorize Your Swing Positions

In this tip I want you to hold & memorize your swing positions. I say this because I keep seeing too many people rushing and not thinking about what they are trying to do before they do it. Instead, they just keep hitting ball after ball never mastering new swing positions or movements.

Years ago I took lessons too. As I would learn a new swing position I would hold it for a few seconds until it sunk in. Once I had the feeling I would just swing and go to the feeling of that positions. This allowed me to make the change without overanalyzing it.

I now have tons of drills, positions and movements on this channel. As you are working on something new just take your time. Hold & memorize it. If so, you will finally start to change your swing and play great golf.

  1. Thanks for sharing Paul. I have improved a lot! From watching all your videos ⛳️

  2. Great tip Paul! Loving the videos. Just hitting golf balls are definitely a massive waste of time. As you always preached, best improvements always came when I'm checking the positions with practice swings and not too obsessed with where my balls are going. Keep the videos coming!!!

  3. I was wondering, if I were to send you a video of my swing, could you just point out the horrible things I´m doing and link me to your resources where those are addressed? if not all your resources 🤣

  4. Its funny how the simplest things make so much sense. Will go home tonight and start doing this. Thanks for the tip Paul.

  5. Paul, a while back my left ankle was "shattered" in a skiing accident. The surgeon fixed me up and I walk normally. However, I'm reluctant to post up on my front leg, because of this. I've golfed for decades. Do you think it would take long to transition to swinging left handed? Help

  6. Good advice. This will be my first full year using your instruction. My score has been slow to improve, but I’m hitting some GREAT iron shots now. Enough so, that I know I am on the right track (I subscribe to your online instruction). Boy when you hit it right, it’s a thing of beauty! I just can’t for the life of me fix my driver. It’ll come.

  7. This man sounds like a broken man. He’s had it up to here with trying to teach these idiots how to swing a golf club. I love it! 😂 And I’m one of the said idiots.
