  1. Brilliant! I would add one more advice based on my own experience. Use less driver off the tee if you can't hit it properly (90% of us)! A well struck 3 wood will fly better and even further. Not to mention OB). It's hard mentally but leave your ego for the range 😉

  2. Great content Chris! Especially on the warm up. I see so many golfers running from the car park to make their tee time. It then takes them 4 holes to warm up.

  3. hey chris i just wanted to thank you for all the videos and content, i’ve been watching your videos for about 2 years now and i’ve recently started getting really close to breaking 80! ok well once or twice anyway but i wouldn’t be improving at all if you didn’t take the time to help people like me so just wanted to give u a shout out from the states thanks again man🏌️🏌️⛳️⛳️

  4. Great video but putters off of the green with a lot of fairway before the green are risky. if it hops on you you can come up way short.

  5. Love this video, Chris!
I think it would help so many golfers on the course, of all abilities – excellent stuff!!
You are producing such great content…😁👍

  6. Best golf instructional video out there…. Every amatuer golfer needs to see this.. great job Chris 💯👍

  7. Hi Chris! What pants are those that you’re wearing? Thanks in advance mate

  8. I was wondering if you give lessons, And if you would make videos of you giving lessons. Maybe Certain swing ideas you are able to explain and show as a “student” learns from you. I want to be your Padawan and your Daniel-son.

  9. That ladder drill on the putting green was on point. I swear you put them the exact same distance apart 🔥

  10. I use my practice swing for precisely what you mentioned. I imagine that I hit the ball, and how far that “hit” would have went. Then, just repeat. I see wayyyyy too many people take a practice stroke that’s insanely too hard(especially putting). Once you’ve figured out the power of stroke that you need for speed and distance, then you can concentrate purely on the line, and strike. This goes for half wedge shots, pitches, chips, AND putts. Oh, and as far as alignment…. 90% of golfers line up too far to the right of their target. I see this every single day. Taking enough club is always an issue too. I play with a guy that’s ALWAYS short. ALWAYS! It blows my mind. lol Great video! You made some VERY valid points.

  11. Stuck in the low 80s. Not sure what I need to do apart from improving my short game some.

  12. I love the head rotation advice to confirm alignment. Something I struggle with all the time.

  13. CRG, well done! These tips should shave a few strokes off of my game. We’ll see after I get in my next 18….

  14. Great lesson in real challenges on the golf course, will take these swing thoughts to my club tournament next weekend 🙂

  15. Fantastic video, Chris! The situational awareness on the course was a great idea for a video. We need more like this.

Next time, play one from long rough and show us how to hit it short of the green and run it up onto the green like the pros do.

  16. Shot a 75 today even tho iam off a 4 handicap been struggling lately as I can I only play once a week , all I was trying to do was control the tempo off my swing an also imagine the shape off my shot .course management is a given an don’t try the hero shots

  17. I like to start with half shots, then full, then practice shots of situations I'll get into on course, like under and behind a tree. I also like to somedays hit all my clubs from fairway metals to my 100 yard club to 100 yards. If I'm hitting it more left than I'd like that day, I play the far right side, if it goes straight, I'm ok, if it goes left, I'm ok. I also like to play the tee box to use angles of keeping danger out of play as much I can.

  18. I’ve followed your instruction for a few months…and won club championship (nett) on Saturday. Thank you for all your excellent tuition! Need to work on 50 yard out pitching this week; hoping to win captain’s day if I sort this part of the game out!

  19. Chris, love the channel and the videos. Any chance you start including videos of you playing a round in the new year? I think it would also be helpful to hear your mindset as you play, and your approach to different shots during 9 or 18 holes.
