PURPOSE:
Trains neural system – explosive power
POSITIONING:
Athletic stance
Overhand shoulder width grip on BB on the floor
FORM:
Lower BB to knee and then start to lift back up
When BB gets to mid thigh, explosively drive the hips forward,
shrug shoulders and raise on to toes
As BB rises up, dip under and catch the BB in a deep front squat position and stand tall
Return to start position and repeat

Always keep upper back and core engaged
