This week, Bay Hill Club & Lodge will host 44 of the top 50 players in the world, including every winner on the PGA TOUR this season for the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard. With three TOUR wins already in 2023, including The Genesis Invitational in February, Jon Rahm will lead the field as World No. 1 once again. 2022 PGA TOUR Player of the Year Scottie Scheffler returns to defend his title, after last year saw him card an even-par final round in difficult conditions to hold off an inspired Tyrrell Hatton, finishing one shot clear of the field. A return to form has seen former World No. 1 Jason Day score three top-10 finishes in his last three outings. The Australian won at Bay Hill in 2016, and he will be hoping to repeat that feat and win his first TOUR event since 2018. With a star-studded field, including a host of former Arnold Palmer winners such as Rory McIlroy and Tyrrell Hatton, as well as a glut of players at the top of the FedExCup Standings, including Max Homa and Tom Kim, the 2023 Arnold Palmer is set to be a superb spectacle.

  1. Wow, next level coverage. Amazing camera work also. Let's go, Ricky

  2. Why didn’t he plug his coaching staff when asked about his improvement?

  3. Rickie is holding out on LIV till he wins a PGA tourney which will add 40 or 50 mil to his LIV contract. Good strategy.

  4. This format of a mid round interview could be cool. Thing is the questions and answers are pretty basic and generic. Its like a press conference after the round, except who watches those anyways. Im not even complaining if they keep it strictly golf topics during the interview. But they ask him about the strategy on 16 and hes like yeah just get it in the fairway. Like come on, we can do better than that. Maybe the guys will loosen up over time as these become more regular. And Im sure the Tour has governance over the broadcasters boundaries on the questions they ask, so be it. But I want it to feel authentic not just a press conference answer

  5. Love this new coverage. But why not show the shots he makes on this hole in the highlights? seems strange to only show the talking. Want to hear him talking about his shots more than anything else.

  6. Thanks for doing that Mr. Fowler. Now if the PGA could quit selling its soul to paid advertising everything in the golf world would be worth watching again.

  7. Ricky out here looking like Joel Dahmens little brother with those shades and that stache

  8. Love Rickie and all his insight in the game he’s a class act and great for the game, just please don’t go to liv Rickie ! Love ya man !

  9. Can we get better audio, it’s 2023 and we are flying helicopters on Mars.

  10. Although cool, clearly trying to copy the Saudi Tour in some aspects. All the talk about keeping legacy and building reputation on history, but they do this. This is very controversial to do DURING a players PGA round. Why does Rickie get this but other player don't? Plus, they talk about field play. Since Rickie responded, it's not a violation, but it's on a VERY thin line with their questions like talking about staying dry. You've lost more confidence in your "history" and "legacy" by doing this PGA. I'd suggest getting a new Director of Marketing, or whoever from Corporate thought this would be a good idea. Idiots.

  11. He’s always one of my guys I keep an eye on regardless of event. He has such a high ceiling for potential that he always keeps me wanting more! 💪🏼⚔️🔥

  12. Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson are my all time favorite golfers. But Rickie Fowler is my favorite current golfer by far.

  13. Guy that has the balls to do it. Qualifies for almost all tournaments even though he doesn’t win.

*has won but doesn’t anymore until soon.
