  4. Nice to see Sheamus isn't like other wrestlers that just stay dedicated to it. He atleast knows how to have fun and to take a break off of the WWE for a bit and does some off-time with himself

    The Celtic Warrior!

  5. Haha doing basic pad & bag work is how the normal non fighter gets the feel of how hard it actually is to be a fighter. Now just imagine doing it straight for ten, twelve rounds while moving, covering up, and trying not to get hit, all while trying to figure out how to attack your opponent. It’s brutally difficult. Most people have no idea how hard it is to really fight. I wish this trainer would teach them how to move their hips while punching though. Either way great video as always. 🔥💯💪👊🙏🏻

  6. The channel is awesome! Would love to see Montez Ford workout… we want the smoke… I'm not so keen on a workout from Dominic Mysterio… nothing against him, mind you. We want the smoke!

  7. Sheamus, where can I buy a celtic warrior workout t shirt?? the link in your about leads to nothing. I know someone who'd love one as a gift!

  8. I really hope both of them steal that tag team titles against The Usos and Bloodline. We need them as the new champions

  9. I love this channel and really look forward to each week. Having Sheamy and his buddies take time to give us some pointers is a true class act. But…can we all pitch in to get his camera guys some 4K cams? I'll gladly throw in some cash.

  10. Holy shit, I fell off a ladder the day everything shut down and had 4 fractures and I never got back into shape. If I tried this I would have fell out in the first 5 mins. Stamina is everything, grew up on a block crew doing concrete when I was in my 20s in Florida and always stayed in shape. This is kinda inspiring me to get back at it, this was a hell of a workout and very intense. Any advice for someone that used to be all about the gym and working out and now I've kinda let myself get out of shape and kinda wanna get back to having those wash boards. I'm 44 now so I'm far from done, just gotta get back at it.

  11. Sheamus I was a student there but my mom thought I wanted to quit can you tell coach I said hi By the way my name is Naing

  12. Good job guys, you are my 2 favorite wrestlers that I have been following since 2010 when I started watching wrestling

  13. No one can see coach has surgery and he's cant stop doing teaching , bro he is iron man literally one of the best fighters 💪

  14. You can tell how much Sheamus does this sort of training.
Would love to see him add this to his ring work. A big brawling brute with some legit boxing punches and combos would be wicked.
