I agree with everything you said except the age part. Here in the states when you go to a golf convention and Scotty Cameron or bob Vokey make an appearance- the young millennials wait in line for that. Crossy’s problem is that he ACTs old. What I mean by that, is if you compare him to Rick Cheese, look at what Rick does …. In order to gain loyalty among these young millennials he goes to PGA Tour superstore in Orlando, Florida and announces on twitter to random fans to come see he him… he gives them two minutes to run through the store and pick out up to $1000 worth of golf clubs. Rick is a scum bag to be clear… but he markets himself as the voice of the people.. he does long drive contests at Top Tracer ranges, and hole in one contests.. Mark Crossfield is too arrogant to give anything back to people… He acts like an old man who only cares about himself similar to Willie Wonka in Charlie and the chocolate factory story…. As you pointed out, he gaslights his own employees…. So it’s an attitude problem he acts old. The average golfer is a worse version of Mark Crossfield. As you know, he’s just mark Crossfield on hemorrhoids…. And not surprisingly he doesn’t get the views. Rick Shiels plays the “political game” of YouTube so brilliantly … he goes overseas and hangs out with John and Ashley from Stacked Golf and buys them clubs…. Furthermore, I think it gives Rick a bigger advantage that he’s a much less skilled golfer than Crossy.. because people watch him struggling to break 80 and it’s relatable for a lot of us. Rick laughs all the way to the bank. But we all know Rick is a phony, but he acts like what young kids want to hear. Cheers!

Crossfield has a shit ego that’s my opinion and when he was always taking the mickey out of Rory just shows the person he is and will always be, and that was when Rory was getting him free travel and golf , a total prick 😊😊, ps nice to see the channel growing TB 🏌️♂️🏌️♂️
I stopped watching him when he became way too annoying, and was an a$$ to Rory constantly. I almost went to a golf school they put on but it was ridiculously expensive for his level of golf instruction and I was like wtf. I think he also was rude to me and others in YouTube comments.
Yeah Crossy ended up being a passive aggressive bully with Rory in particular. He didn’t like that Dan was a better golfer than him. Massively egotistical – probably got bullied at school…
