Rams and Bobby Wagner Part Ways, Robert Woods Reunion?

The Rams and Bobby Wagner have mutually decided to part ways, in effort to provide Wagner with a full offseason in pursuit of his next destination. There are a few places that may be a fit for Wagner, but cutting ties really begs a much deeper question: how important is the middle linebacker position in today’s NFL? Additionally, we dive into the potential for Robert Woods to come back to Los Angeles, and look at proven LT’s who’ve been recently released to get a better understanding of IF the Rams should eventually look to upgrade the position that protects Matthew Stafford’s blindside.

  1. I still don’t see why they did this it doesn’t save much money on cap , but maybe he wants to get one more ring elsewhere

  2. Ugh, I don’t like the move at all. Interested to see how the rest of the off-season goes though.

  3. Not happy about Bobby being released but I’ll reserve judgement until the bigger picture is revealed. Way too early in the offseason to say we’re going to struggle next season. I believe in McVay and this front office.

  4. I totally disagree with you'll about Allen Robinson. He was completely open most of every game, so he was just running routes with the air. Stafford only looked at and thrown to Kupp, with some Higbee targets. We absolutely haven't even seen what all Allen can do yet. Hopefully a full offseason with Stafford will make a big difference to there chemistry.

  5. We’ll be bacc as long as Stafford stays healthy we got more than enough talent to make the playoffs in the NFC

  6. Rams didn’t cut him, Wagner opted out of his contract, he had a opt out clause in the 2nd year of his contract 😂
