  1. "I don't know where the negativity is coming from." Perhaps it's because the ball feels like it's made of aluminum.

This isn't a tour ball. It's a sub-tour ball like the TM Tour Response, Callaway ERC, Titleist AVX, etc.

  2. Very strange that RickShiels absolutely shat all over the PXG ball. It was so obvious that he was paid to do that.
every other podcast comparing the two balls has reached the same conclusion as here. Shiels is a shill. and a Beta simp.

  3. Rick Shiels is such a joke. His review of this ball made it out like pxg was total trash.

  4. Great review I would still like to see somebody bring the Bridgestone BX in to play on testing for some reason everyone fears it or doesn’t want to go against it I think the results would surprise you can you run that comparison with Bridgestone BX against any top ball and let us see the results

  5. That PXG just had more movement to it, you can see it in the videos. He wasn't hitting them like he was hitting that Pro V.

  6. I’m full PXG in the bag, except wedges, I think I’m gonna try a dozen of these. Would these be comparable to the Vice Pro Plus? That’s my current ball.

  7. I just had a driver fitting indoors and my flight was completely different to outdoors so I walked away with no purchase. I assume I did the right thing and maybe I’m not used to hitting driver indoors?

  8. If someone is willing to look and isn’t in the NA market, ProV1 can be had for $37/doz (Black Friday deals). I bought 10 doz for this season. The Cut Pro+ seems to be a great substitute for the price.

  9. $34.99 in the states for veterans and 1rst responders. That's $20 difference than pro v's, and $15 difference than Crome Soft ! As a mid HC(in his mid 60's) I'm sold ! I've been using them for a couple weeks now, and can't complain. Hardly any scuffing, and seems to keep its color very good. 👏👍🏌‍♂️

  10. Firmer ball sounds different off the putter. Give and take, if u want a faster ball, u have to sacrifice the sound off the putter

  11. Some Youtubers had issues with the ball scuffing after repeated bunker and chip shots, hence the negativity. But if the results are similar and the price is $15 less a dozen, those golfers with the swing speed and game might be tempted to give them a try.

  12. I got fitted at PXG Orlando 2 weeks ago and picked up a dozen. I like them. Only a 7 HCP, so I'm not too finicky. And I agree, they look great. Been using Snell for a few years now.
