    I think it is the Ravens that could set the bar for the trade if they make Lamar a non-exclusive free agent. I think it is likely Washington or Atlanta would make an offer which needs to include 2 first round picks. That gives the Ravens a very easy way to offer 3 first round picks (almost free for them) from the Altanta or Washington draft position. They could easily throw in a few more picks of their own in 2024 or lesser picks in 2023. That would set a high bar for every other interested team. Why is nobody talking about this from bear networks like the Swift report?
