Done and loved it! 1st competition ever…
Wow the production of this really sucked this year. Not sure what happened but it was unwatchable at times. Workout looks awesome though.

the only right fix is to make the rest of the year 38kg for the female competitors. crossfit unfortunately set a standard with this event…everything after this need to follow with the new weight standard. otherwise it's unfair to Laura and Gabby.
Yeah CF community is magic. I dont have my magical community because I move to the US and I cant pay 300usd for a cf box. So, no community for me.

Why do none of the athletes lock their reps out correctly on the muscle up and get away with it? Fair play to BKGs judge as she was better than the others.
