It has helped golfers create the club head speed that they want, create powerful and consistent golf shots. This drill is a simple golf tip that breaks down the golf swing and enables golfers to improve ball striking and golf swing with this key move.
It is important to focus on the hands in the golf swing, I often see many golfers with a similar hand speed and club head speed when coming into impact. This is causing a chicken wing! Cleaner contact and more distance are two hot topics every golfer wants more of! Fixing that “chicken wing” with your lead arm through impact is a must if you wan to improve both contact and adding distance.
