  1. This was the first baseball cards I bought to build a set… 35 cents at convenience stores. Led me into a job at a card shop that lasted 10 years! I opened some on my channel last week. Glavine is about the only thing worth anything I think.

  2. 87 Topps where the first cards I bought as a kid. After baseball games or practice my parents would get me some at the store. I buy some junk wax every once in a while for the fun of it, they aren't worth anything but they're fun to open for nostalgia.

  3. 1:43 I think Caminetti is one of the other key rookies

6:23 keep an eye on this card, There's a super rare error of Keith Comstocks card that has white lettering.

  4. You done made me go get my binders. Back in summer 88 I would get a 100 card rack pack each week. Seems my best “hits” beyond what you mentioned were 7 Ellis burks rookie cups, an Al leiter future stars and some Tom glavine. What a time to be alive!

  5. Thanks that brought back a lot of memories of being 7 or 8 yrs old buying packs for about 50cents getting so excited too pull a dodger or any stars at that time. Collecting cards has come so far and those 88 topps is where it began for me
