Kyler has been the #1 player in any league he’s be in since a kid just based off natural talent. He has a superiority complex because he now has to handle adversity probably for the first time in life on the big stage
Nah…plenty of toxic players in the NFL. But this one gives black QBs a horrible, undeserved reputation. You have the extremes…Hurts and Mahomes…then you got the other side in Murray. Just how it is
I agree that the Kyler Murray situation is a mess of the Cardinals' own making (with that clause). But what's also clear here is that the organization chose Murray over the coach and GM (who drafted him?). I know Dan doesn't like off season stuff, but I think the draft will go a long way to telling us what the Cardinals' really think of Murray (thus what to make of that clause). Because if I were them in this situation (regardless of how they got there), I'd hold onto Murray while drafting someone I hope to replace him with just like the 49ers and Packers have done in the past decade (with varying degrees of success). After all, you never know whether that guy you pick to replace him A) is any good (Jordan Love?) or B) will remain healthy (Trey Lance) or even C) will be ready to take the reigns in year one (Aaron Rogers, Steve Young, Patrick Mahomes all sat at least a year and at least in Mahomes' case, it wasn't like there was a HoF'er in the prime of his career standing in his way).

I've heard its not that's he doesn't study but it's that's he's over confident which leads him to be unprepared and doesn't take coaching well. He studies if HE feels necessary but if coaches want him to focus on something he doesn't . Plus he's a bit of a diva from accounts from other players. I honestly see him having that Carson Wentz career. Time will tell

It comes down to Kyler’s attitude and how he carries himself around his teammates. JJ Watt didn’t even defend him on DP during the super bowl. He didn’t trash him but he also didn’t defend him. That says a lot

It's amazing how many people in these comments don't understand what punctuation or capitalization is. Easily the worst QB contract in the league. Aaron Rodgers is a diva, Dak is overpaid, Cousins is inconsistent, but nothing like Kyler.

As an older man, both lining up for other grown men for an autograph and also as a grown man playing video games is stupidly weird to me. I haven't played a video game since like 1993. Maybe I'm an outlier here but working hard and having actual cool outdoor hobbies takes up most of my time. By the way, Murray is a Muscle Hamster and will be irrelevant a la Baker Mayfield in less than three years.

Murray has a losing record as a QB for the Cardinals over a 4 year period. Mahomes has the best win loss record over 4 years with 3 trips to the SB and 2 SB wins. End of story. No coach wants to deal with him. LOL
