The Chicago White Sox have re-signed Elvis Andrus to a one-year deal to be the everyday second baseman, according to GM Rick Hahn.
Hahn adds that Romy Gonzalez will add corner outfield to his infield duties in a “Ben Zobrist” type role. He could start the season in Charlotte, however.

Had to work, but yup this is exactly what I expect from Rick Hahn and Jerry at this point. They're selling the fanbase on lies. This team is not seriously trying to contend to win a WS. They're trying to be mediocre and operate at a discount to play for 2nd like Jerry loves.
Can the Sox cut Gracia and save $ ?
What will make this team better than last year? The new management and physical trainer. Most of these players were playing hurt last year. How do you feel, when going to work sick? Health matters.
We did not renew our season tickets. We will not buy any tickets until after Reinsdorf dies and the team is sold to a new owner.
