With its walking-only policy, Erin Hills is known for its robust caddie program that employs more than 150 during its high season. The club is also recognized as a place for women to get started on the bag, with a substantial amount of female caddies every year (as of 2022, 18 are women). Alix Larson is just one of the young women who have had their lives changed walking these major-championship fairways.

As always… Amazing!
Alix was my caddie when I play up there a couple of years ago, she was really good!
Incredible piece. Cheers to all involved, from the caddies to the crew. 👏👏👏👏
Great video @TheGolfersJournal! Love to see stories like this
Love the story and the execution. The mixture of photos and video is primo. I remember seeing Alix on the RGC Breaking Series at Erin Hills. Stoked to see her and the rest of the female caddies getting the spotlight.
Hafer really make this story come to life, wow
