  1. Not only are you helping Fox News spread fear. You’re a Gracie and you don’t know the different between a wedge and frame???

  2. The eyes are everyone's weakest point, stick your fingers in the attackers eyes, do not have any mercy go as far & deep as you can.

  3. In this world of endless lies and corruption on the other end of the scale there is rener doing the work of 6000 gods …all the love rener

  4. She'll be prepared for next time huh? Well I've spoken to the attacker and I'm happy to announce he'll also be training jiu jitsu with us at our gym. We'll see you on the mats bitch

  5. This kinda goes against GJJ philosophy from the previous generation. By making distance in the guard the attacker can punch the girl in the face.

  6. Rener, instead of the “Fake surrender”, when the attacker is controlling the hips with the face In the belly of the girl, she could go for the eyes. Go for the eyes or Go to a fake surrender wich will be Better?

  7. Dan Bongina, who is constantly spouting right wing propaganda that is detrimental to civil society? I understand that publicity is good for sales, but his viewers would buy dog poop sandwiches if he endorsed them. He's a Jan 6 apologist. Do we want to imagine Gracie U as being on par with Mike Pillow?

  8. Superbly uplifting, and kind of you for inviting her. Truly a role model who'll inspire others to learn Jiu-Jitsu. Thanks for posting.

  9. Everyone should take important notice that the man in the video was trying to restrain and ratpe this women without hurting her, which is a LOT better than how it could have gone. Breaking free from a man who isn't willing to use violence on you is very different from when you're fighting a man who is willing to slam your head against the floor/wall or whack your head with something hard if you don't comply. don't think that all ratpists will be as gentle as this dude on camera.

  10. I bought graciecombatives and blue belt stripe 1 and 2 courses. I loved them. I didnt find the guard get up lesson. Is it there and I missed it or is it only tought in a woman's self-defense course on gracie university? Thanks

  11. everyone in this world should train BJJ, every gym should work on the self-defense too, not just sport jiu jitsu

  12. Hello Jujitsu practitioner here 🤚🏼 and I’m telling you if a 220 pound man grabs a hold of a 120 pound female there is a not a single thing she can do about it. Even if she brings him into her guard there’s no way she’s shrimping out of it. It’s just reality. Unfortunately.

  13. She should study ju wa sun tan bo pop Banjul to jab so can lu wen Tran con go ju, and she would have made him do the funky chicken…..

  14. Awesome video, but my condolences for you having to appear on Fox news. What a horrible, horrible news station.

  15. The Gracie’s don’t miss a chance to make money and advertise themselves. She fought off the attacker without jiu jitsu

  16. So glad this Woman was alright; and so tough! To think how well she did without BJJ, I think she is gonna be a pretty tough cookie after learning jiu-jitsu!
