THIS COULD BE MASSIVE FOR LIV GOLF

This week is the week! All Breakaway LIV golf players will find out their future as the course of arbitration sit down to discuss the future of the 13 players who break away from the Dp World tour / European Tour. This could be the difference to whether the golfers are allowed to play any more events or get BANNED and if they can ever play a Ryder cup match again!

Patrick Reed and Lee westwood feel very strongly about this and the hearing and Patrick Reed as been quoted speaking to the times news paper after traveling Back from the Saudi National Asian golf tour event. Alex Elliott discuss the players in question and debates their future. The initial three players who challenged the ruling last June – Poulter, Otaegui and Harding – as well as Lee Westwood, Sam Horsfield, Richard Bland, Shaun Norris, Laurie Canter, Wade Ormsby, Patrick Reed, Bernd Wiesberger, Graeme McDowell and Martin Kaymer. I really think we should look at this and THIS COULD BE MASSIVE FOR LIV GOLF what do you think?

  1. I'm sure we all want what's best for DPWT plz plz plz stop the PGAT love in and do what's best for European golf ….that means stronger feilds bigger names and yes LIV players .

  2. DP TOUR is nothing more than a stepping stone for the PGA. Proof? What’s one of the prizes for the top players? That’s right a PGA Tour card

  3. I think the basis of all competition is a level playing field, where anyone who is good enough (and can fund it) can excel and win. It is this that makes championships exciting. Watching the best of the best compete.

If you ban half of the best from playing, it is not only unfair to the Liv golf players, but devalues the DP Tour and Ryder Cup.

  4. Professional golfers should be an independent entity, should be able to play any tour at any time. If you qualify based on ability none of these guys should be owned by PGA or DP or LIV. The golf tours act as if they own the players it should be the other way around the players should own the tours. Too much corporate BS from the rich and powerful. American football-basketball-baseball and more are union repped and can negotiate terms. Pro golfers need to own themselves and the skills they bring. And while we are on the topic none if these leagues should be tax exempt. Far too much corporate welfare already.

  5. I find it odd that pro golfers are private contractors, not employees and if they meet the qualification requirements then how can they not play on a particular tour? These organisations are not businesses, they are not for profit 'charities'. Now if they are actually a business, then these companies need to start paying taxes.

  6. The problem is, next they’ll be asking for special exemptions because of conflicting dates. They will never gain credit for what they achieve at LIV so gaining enough points and whatnot will be difficult. As I said before, no sense in wasting spots for them as there is plenty of talent waiting in the wings and fields will be cut to smaller sizes next year to accommodate the new money structure. Only the best round here.

  7. Reeds a cheater, and Westwood stink….Don't you people understand, that Liv golf just has 54 hole events, it's exhibition golf, Period..it's a money grab

  8. Isn't that why these clowns left the PGA tour, to play less

  9. The chief problem with the PGA Tour is, the PGA “tour”: same venues year in and year out. Same “California Swing”, “Florida Swing”, etc. There are so so many beautiful courses in the world, seeing the same tired venues year in and year out, is boring.

  10. Didn't they all say that they wanted less golf and an off sesaon. I mean that why they went to LIV, wasnt the money at all…..

  11. Why wouldn't you play LIV GOLF 54 HOLES NO CUT AN STILL GET PAYED ,its a no brainer playing PGA AN DONT GET ME STARTED ON PLAYING ON LEGACY AN TRADITION AN LOYATY THEIRS NO SUCH THING ,AT THE END OF THE DAY ,ITS MONEY TALKS ,AN BULSHIT WALKS.

  12. Surely one can have ones cake and eat it too. These are the people who are trying to make a living, and what a living that can be achieved. Don't deny them. Use your own wisdom and make your own living. Oh, mighty pencil pushers.

  13. Amazing video and thank you for breaking it down!! Despite the economic downturn,I'm so happy 😊. I have been earning $ 60,200 returns from my $7,000 investment every 14days

  14. Ryder Cup is U.S. vs Europe, not LIV vs. PGA or DPWT, the Ryder Cup teams should be made up of the Best of each.

  15. 6 wildcards mean LIV golfers won’t have to play lots of golf tournaments on DP World Tour. They can be ranked below 200 but Luke Donald in theory could pick them. However Rory might tell Luke I’m not playing in Rome if you pick the LIV guys. LIV guys are taking spots in the field that lower ranked DP World tour members could have. I’m not anti LIV but they have took the money they can’t have their cake and eat it. If I was a pro I wouldn’t have joined if your a LiV golfer you are not allowed to pick and choose your itinerary.

  16. Pelley has sold his soul to the almighty PGA Tour, DP is a shadow of what it once was. DP needs all the good players it can get.

  17. Why does the PGA suddenly increase their payouts massively…. Only because LIV showed up ?? … if LIV didn't PGA tour would carry on status quo and where does the $$$ go …. lol that's a business … PGA players only have to thank LIV for higher payouts. The PGA is just reacting and scared of the reality that their business profits will slowly deminish.

Perhaps the PGA tour and nay sayers needs some GOLF history education … Already written in stone reminds all of us that Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Arnold Palmer, Lee Trevino and their other mates who way back then played tournaments under the PGA of America (founded in 1916) in 1960 began the process of breaking away and in 1975 the organization they created achieved full independence from the PGA of America and was named the "PGA Tour." …… so there you go… Reality is inevitable and is here.. The dawn of a new era has arrived… LIV Golf is awesome and more Golf is better.
