  1. great topic, great tips 👏 👍 👌
sometimes I almost feel like giving up when I struggle to find my swing ! I'm going through it now. new irons (not fitted right), recent lesson, too many swing thoughts 🤯🫣😪

  2. For me it's 3 things. 1) Fatigue. Due to injuries, I'm out of shape. The back 9 becomes torture 😅
    2) Not eating regularly to keep my energy up. More snacks and additional electrolytes really help. 3) Loss of focus. I have to pull back, and regroup.

  3. I lost my swing after I attend a “refresh “ session recently , seems that I lost my “
release “ now I tend to scoop my ball 😢

  4. Yes. It happens to everybody very often.
Now I know how where to look😁🌹
My pro will not be happy.
Will earn less money from me 😂🏌️‍♂️

  5. A wise man told me before, you have to have a swing to begin with then to lose it. 🥲

  6. Great video once again! Thank you. Needed this! Another main reason for losing the golf swing may be having a lot more or less stress at home or at work.

  7. oh well, I was doing more training with my driver, and while tee shots were getting better and better, I found myself can't hit the irons all the sudden, not even a pitching wedge……..took a few days of practices to get it back and still not complete normal yet………..lost swing is the one of most scary and frustrate thing…….

  8. I watched this video right in time. I lost my swing because I play too much😂😂

    Thank you.

Actually what you suggested for getting back the swing is also good for a warming up whe. One goes to range.

    Kisses.

  9. I have this feel every few months too.
Grateful that you specially make this episode and also watched back your weight shift video 🥹

  10. I suffered with Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot last year. My foot has since healed, but playing through the pain changed my swing. This video is very helpful.

  11. Michele, your so right about playing too much, in the Midwest of U.S. June and July can play 20 rounds or more, because it’s so beautiful out and the game is so enjoyable, can get into a comfort zone with your swing while playing well, then go for it more because of confidence, that’s when I tend to lose my swing. Especially on the tee box. The short game always saves me, us middle age guys, read and chip from 40 yards in. Great video, thanks’

  12. Excellent tips. Love the graphics on the video , it helps the learning. Thank you for that information.

  13. Many times! Playing thru injuries is always a mistake. But just this winter I had a round where I shot 50 on the front, 38 on the back. How? Started building on the positives. My swing was gone, the ball was going sideways, but I could putt. A positive. Then, my 6-iron punches from the trees were very effective, getting me closer to a full swing. A few good chips = more positive thoughts, and I got a little looser as the round went on, suddenly started hitting golf shots. If it's a mid-season collapse I review my setup & then go to a field somewhere with an old club and make big swings & literally throw the club into the distance on the follow-thru. Gets me out of my own mind, out of constipating swing thoughts, out of ball-lock syndrome , and more focused on "out there" where the target is. Then I go back to real practice, feeling looser & mentally liberated. I keep religious notes on my swing (setup, feels, past problems & solutions) for reference in the dark times.

  14. Michele, dare you to stop the Bull for the views. Dare you to demonstrate the basics of golf in just six lessons. What? Can't. That would mean you wouldn't have any Bull left to go for the views. Dare you to stop the bull.
