  1. I really liked the standard when I got fitted. Felt great. Just found the Paradym a little easier off the deck as it was a lot shallower. Both great clubs though.

  2. Anyone that gives £300 pound for a fairway wood needs their heads testing especially when the gains made on fairways for quite some while now is zero

  3. I enjoyed that. It was interesting getting both your perspectives on the same clubs.

  4. GREAT VIDEO and I was pleasantly surprised at the findings…..I think I just may put the HD 5 wood in my bag this year ( was that the stock shaft in it ? ),,,,thx again for this review Andy….cheers from Canada

  5. Think the Callaway Paradym is the better club this year. Last Year Taylor Made had the better club..

  6. Honestly ( and I do appreciate your efforts ) but to us “average golfers” out here I’d rather the opinion of yourself, and actually someone a little less than average. That’s kinda why we’re all here right ? Or perhaps not. Either way I’ll always watch, like, and comment on everyone of your videos. Always have always will. Thank you Andy.

  7. Great video. I would offer up the fitting idea that most people have to reverse the bag-fitting logic that they automatically default to – i.e. these are my clubs, let's figure out how far & high they go. Instead, build a bag by picking carry, total & peak heights you want to achieve & then find clubs that fill those roles. Don't allow clubs to dictate the shots you can hit – you're the boss, chose each individual club that helps you do want you're trying to do.

  8. Lou is funny and adds levity to the mix. It's almost like he's fighting having to burst out laughing. With that HD model I could talk myself into adding a 3 wood to my bag.

  9. Great video, Andy. Covers all us golfers. I am very interested in the TM HD woods. My G425 3w is hit and miss for me. But given I play G425 7w and 3+ Hywood. Perhaps going straight to Driver might be the better option. With the change in lofts, it's maybe too close to the Hywood loft.

  10. I'm probably going into the Ti in 5w to replace my G410 3w. The 5w was longer than my G410 and much easier to launch and kept my spin up around 4k which is perfect for me.

  11. Could the Titanium face could be the issue? I mean we are all used to Titanium in drivers now but not nearly as much in fairway clubs or irons. Titanium has a different feel obviously. I hit the Plus and the standard and, in all honesty, they just felt different. I wonder what a plus in a steel design would feel like compared to a Titanium one.

  12. Turned off after I heard 3 wood, thought this was gonna be the drivers

  13. Need HIGH launching woods/hybrids, which ones are forgiving, HIGH launching BUT NOT draw bias? Is HD draw bias?

  14. Lou is awesome. Great that he is so direct with his opinion and unbiased. You can't ask for anything more or better. This reminds me of when I tested last year's 3W Plus which had the 80g V Steel Sole plate and found it somewhat tricky to hit. That said, I now own the 300 mini which also has the 54g V Steel Sole plate and that has a nice feel when hitting the ball and is fairly easy to hit. Thing that is different is the 3W had the Hzrdus Red shaft and the 300 mini (now) has the Hzrdus Black 6.0 (stiff) shaft. So my take away is shaft for me does make a difference in how a club performs and feels.

  15. Just been through a fitting process for 5W and included the Stealth 2 and Stealth 2 HD (along with trying Titleist and Callaway) the HD launched but didnt travel the Stealth 2 was (and is 2 rounds in) incredible. So consistent, so easy to launch and great look and feel.

  16. Thanks for factoring in wind in the discussion and demonstrating it. I’m pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t much difference between the clubs into the wind. What was wind strength approximately?

  17. Great video again and great to see the results are not always what you think they would be. Down wind and into the wind is great to see and so many guys don’t show that 🤙

  18. Great video showing the differences in the three clubs. Right now I do not carry a 3 wood in my
bag, 5 wood is my preferred next club. I enjoyed this video very much, thanks. Be safe!!!

  19. I'm going to repeat the same comment I made when Stealth first came out. Why don't the fairway woods have the carbon face technology?
