PXG have recently said ‘Nobody makes golf balls the way we do. Period. PXG has entered the golf ball market and and it wants to become the best ball in golf. we genuinely believe it can. PXG came onto the golfing scene in 2013…. but will this Xtreme ball fit in somewhere between the two main premium Titleist balls n Pro V1 and Pro V1x in terms of its soft feel? It is likely it will perform closely to the Pro V1x due to its high flight characteristic. It will have a compression rating of 108 which goes between the 105 rating of the Pro V1 and 111 of the Pro V1x.

I am gonna call BS on the PXG claims. Now if they claim better than Pinnacle the sure. Better than Kirkland – I don't know. Let's find out.
Primary ball is the Bridgestone BSX because of availability thanks to the local players loosing em frequently. Back up ball is the Kirkland Signature Ball and final back up is the Prov1x.
Being using the prov1 all this season after moving from chromesoft and not looked back. But only thing I would say irrespective of what model ball you play. Play the same ball brand and Model all of the time. Despite what you find on the course. Only thing you use for every shot and it removes another variable out of the game. Same flight, same bounce, same rollout and same spin and roll on the green.
