Nice video Steve. I seem to remember years ago that Mike used to promote what he called a compound pivot. It always reminded me somewhat of a swinging bell where the head kept mostly still until the weight had transferred to the front foot. The hammer of the bell could be likened to a club accelerating into the side of the bell (or a ball).
