  1. Thank You! Wish more ppl would help spread this info. Too many of these new sole designs as daily walkers/for fashion, that’s bad, but they’re also terrible for running too! Smh🤦‍♂️

  2. Hare krishna Hare krishna krishna krishna hare hare, Hare Ram Hare Ram Ram Ram hare hare.
Please read bhagwad geeta by Shrila prabhupada to know the goal of human form of life.
    Chant and be happy.

  3. Now you tell me after I've bought a couple of Adidas with it! I don't wear them a lot so hopefully that will prevent any problems!

  4. bro my coach literally said "nice shoes" and pointed at my 270 Red Nike Air shoes.. It feels real nice but make sure to not tighten it too much cause im pretty sure you'll get a sore.. or like muscles owie since not stretched.. yknow what i mean bruh

  5. Very interesting because before shoes were invented, hunters hunt food barefooted. And run barefooted for miles for decades.

We need to design better shoes that not only protects our feet but also is comfortable, not squishing our toes together, letting our toes BREATHE.

  6. Make one of these shoes that doesn't look like shit and isn't horribly expensive and we'll talk

  7. The keyword is "in the gym", these are great running shoes. But you don't want to be dead lifting in a shoe that's designed to be unstable and roll you forward.

  8. I mean there's AF1s and Nike dunks, Adidas Solo or superstar that are flat sole shoes aside from Vans and Pumas
Skate shoes for the win I guess

  9. Wow I spent most of my childhood to poor to afford more than 1 pair of shoes per school year. So I went barefoot all the time. I wondered why it was so uncomfortable to wear those cross trainer style shoes. I would wear Copa indoor soccer shoes instead lol

  10. I don't wear shoes at all when training. Why would I wear a specialized shoe to reap the benefits of training barefoot when I can just… Go barefoot.

  11. Non of my shoes have that first image thing going on.. Never have I even seen or wore anything that force my toes upwards when wearing them.

  12. That happens when you wear too small shoe size… lmao nothing wrong with Nike / adidas. Notice the “barefoot style shoe” is actually proper size

  13. He’s the one complaining but in reality, he is really wearing the shoes that he’s telling us to stop wearing

  14. I preferred to be barefoot most the time as a kid while playing or going outside on our countryside property and only wore Van's to school because my aunt liked to get them for me for some reason… either way I've only worn athletic shoes here and there for the last 5 years (I mostly wore indoor soccer/fútbol shoes during this time luckily enough) and have barely learned about Barefoot Shoes. I have bought toe spreaders to correct my pinky toe being slightly smashed and began walking with 3mm soles. Turns out. My feet are still strong af because I haven't had any problems transitioning beyond the first couple days being tired of walking with no cushion. I guess I've been fairly lucky with my shoe choices as a kid, teen, and adolescent.

  15. I bought fake nike air force 1 and when i purchased it after purchasing it im having knee strain how can i fix it

  16. Yeah but you should run on a pair of UB22s on a treadmill…it's a dream

  17. Yea but nobody's gonna care tho like someone that spent $300 on a pair of Jordans then the next day sees this like I'k this is not the case but do you really think that person is gonna stop wearing them I don't think nun of us in finna listen to this bc we spent good money on are shoes and we can't just stop wearing them but hey we learn something everyday
