The result of having an outside-in swing is a slice if your club face is open or a pull hook if your club face is closed. If you are struggling with an outside in swing, place a alignment stick parallel to your target line outside of the ball and make sure your swing path stays inside of it.

Good tip. I'm going to try this later today. Sometimes when I see my divot, it's almost at a 45 degree angle. I'm amazed that I can even hit it where I want.
