Have you heard of the drill called swinging in a barrel. Here you will see me swinging inside of a hoola hoop. The concept is the same, but I don’t have the height of the barrel. Ideally, I want my upper body to turn and load the club to the top, with some slight hip turn that is caused by the coiling of my upper body. If I can coil to the top correctly, I should have an easier time uncoiling. However, in the down swing, I want to be sure not to lean out in front of the barrel (or in this case, the hoola hoop). The hoola hoop is used for a visual aid while making the swings.

This works. Seriously-give it a try!
Nice visual representation of the concept.
OK so exactly how did you do it? I know the secret. Do you?
