  1. Emma's shot making and timing..cocos all around game and variety…..great stuff! Gooooo CoCo!

  2. Ok so ER loses again and essentially outside of the delirium surrounding her reached about as far as she could go she's essentially playing at her limit nothing wrong there but unfortunately the public since the obviously fluke USO win believe incorrectly that she should be winning slams and tournaments easily well that's been put to bed… apart from those refusing to see the reality.
I suspect she believes sheds better than she is of which there's little evidence but you might fall for that if enough fawning ex players especially within the ranks of BBC are spouting.
Look she won a slam a wierd one at that.. someone had too the two finalists haven't been anywhere near repeating that feet and unfortunately never will she knows eventually folk will have to drop the pretence and just accept that an average player managed to win a slam it happens but subsequently the girl knew she could never get close again wherries the evidence she could ?…exactly.
Just enjoy the doe but get real as its unfair to suggest otherwise…round 1 2 3 maybe 4 but then the proper weapons emerge that's where the limit is and most would say that's acceptable for a brit girl prior to the USO all were happy with the new kid ..correct ? pretty i suppose , British wats not to like if you are a brit tennis fan ? Just get real and look at the stats you'll; get it.

  3. Good win for Coco. Emma also played well, especially considering her ankle injury and less than ideal prep. Plenty of postives for her despite the loss.

  4. Coco really needs to stop returning the ball directly towards her opponent, she leaves herself vulnerable without challenging her opponent too often and made to chase the ball around the court. She still lacks the precision of Iga Swiantek or the game IQ/versatility of Ons Jabeur. Great potential though.

  5. A great performance for both players. They’re both a huge asset to the WTA and the sporting world at large.

  6. Serves well raducanu ,a BIG BIG HYPOCRITE !!!!!!

BIEN FAIT Pour raducanu ,une grosse grosse hypocrite !!!!!

  7. Did you get the goose bumps watching these amazing young women play really good tennis,I did.Go Coco !.

  8. This is more a highlight reel of Emma Raducanu than a reflection of the match. If I hadn't watched the match, I'd be wondering how Emma didn't win. It's actually very ironic.

  9. Emma did compete well, I would just say she needs to open more her angles if she wants to win the point at the net.

  10. Great job Emma. I think she just need to learn how to defend her points like hitting winners when Coco was at the net. Instead of hitting towards her and closing some of her points better. But great aggression from her.

  11. WTF is wrong with every tennis highlight? THEY ALL GIVE AWAY THE WINNER IN THE THUMBNAIL. No other sport does this!!

  12. I love how Raducanu tries to come to net every match, if she could somehow have a more consistent heavy 1st serve to serve n volley.

  13. Gauff won the match but the highlights have more Raducanu winning play, bizarre…

  14. They are the future of WTA in the next decade. This game was abolutely amazing and high class level as much as semi finals.

  15. emma is not centre of public attention anymore, its good for her, she can play freely now, though she lost that make her stronger over time

  16. I see Emma has much improved her tennis game. Initially, I thought Emma was fad but she actually showed up as a tennis professional.
I think it was good for Emma to play a champion in the making like Coco so she can test her game better. Coco has the confidence, an all around game where she can pool different ammunition to help her. That is super important. Emma not so much. It was a great match to watch and I am so glad both came to win it. It showed. Go Coco!!

  17. It's wild to me. She's done everything right. Said the right things. Dressed the right way. Been the perfect specimen to be liked and respected in tennis. And yet here we are. The announcers are we against her. This Pera Gauff match is laughable. One is ranked. One is not. What universe am I living in

  18. I knew Emma will bounce back once she establish her confidence and more playing time..I like her tactical and strategic game against Coco in this match..She belongs in the top ten list in the womens ranking…She just need more patience and experience and everything will fall in place..Emma, do not doubt yourself, i believe you have what it takes to be a top competitive player..
You have a tremendous talent and only need the right coach to help you …Good luck. Congrats to Coco !
