Sorry but moving that piece of stone as a loose impediment is just rubbish it’s been placed there as part of the course it wasn’t naturally there! We have rain shelters on the course where I play, I reckon me and a mate could lift and move one so maybe I’ll do that next time I miss the fairway and end up against one? Haha!
