The 430 has big shoes to fill. I’ve played Ping drivers for years and I feel that the 425 was the best one since G10. P.S please ditch the turbulators Ping. There’s no way they do anything and they are ugly
best of the bunch so far for me after watching that. By far the best looking. As long as its not that awful hollow sound I dont care about the sound. Wonder if it's the shaft thats getting it so high.
Loved the review James and I would love to see all the drivers go up against each other including the Titleist TSR. Is there a video coming with the new Srixon equipment?

I've got the G425, had it about 6 months & I love but… I think the G430 looks even better & if the sound is better too is it enough to justify me getting it? Maybe lol. It's not that I dislike the sound of the G425 but I think I prefer a less Tingy sound. As for the turbulators, whether they do as they say is irrelevant to me, I quite like them & it makes Ping drivers stand out from just about every other driver on the market.
£500+ needs to be 30 yards further than last year's which is unlikely

The G430 sounds much better.. Looks like they improved the sound with their internal ribbing. I've had a Ping G400 Max and a G410 Max a few years ago, great drivers. Since April 2021 i've had a 2016 M2 custom fit for shafts 2 times in 2021 with the latest shaft a Small Batch EvenFlow Riptide CB 6.0 and nothing has outperformed it yet. No new drivers this year, next year i'm going to put it up against TSR2 and either Ping or Callaway.

I tried so hard to get on with the 425 Max. Didn't end up being for me, and went back to Titleist. I can always get along with Titleist drivers so might as well stick with them.
great review james !! spoke to my fitter today from club champion and he told me the ping is killing it . very surprisingly he told me the stealth 2 is almost all negative . I will be testing the morning of the jan. 28th . I will let you know of my findings.
I don't know why there are so many complainers about yearly releases or the prices or that they don't go significantly farther , I love the yearly releases, breaks up the winter a bit,Titleist Ping and Srixon release every other year and on the off year it's so boring for driver reviews or choices , we all know the heads are max'ed out if you hit your spin and launch window for your swing speed you are done but who doesn't like a new driver!!! I hope these people aren't complaining that the car companies are releasing new models every year lol , Great job James !!!! Keep them coming!!!!

Odd comment I know but always have troubles with audio of your vids. Listen to all the typical YouTube creators via headphones thru the tv whilst cooking dinner. Yours always so quite, can never hear them?
