The infamous early extension! It’s a very common issue among golfers but can often be misconstrued because extension is a requirement of a functional sequence in the swing.

  1. Struggled for a few weeks with my swing and felt too static over the ball. Decided to engage me legs more and use the ground. For me I focus on flexing and loading my left leg in the backswing and then extending and straightening it in the downswing. The results are so much better. More distance, easier swing and just less swing thoughts in the limited time we have during the swing. Once again the zen master reminds us how important using the ground is. Nice 1
