He needs to learn how to compress the ball properly.
This will help increase ball speed, spin, dynamic loft, attack angle, etc…

Why is each guys audio only on one ear? It's super annoying

If more people got on a launch monitor to see their distance dispersion I think a lot more people would be switching to hybrids sooner in the bag.
