  1. Great to see someone so skilled having same issues as us with far less skill. Big up to you for sharing 🤟👌

  2. I don’t watch that often Matt but this is brave of you to share. I actually found this funny from the start when you said I don’t want to use speed etc. thanks

  3. come on coach you can do it. remember to get that wall painted too.

  4. Ballspeed 170 mph, 300 yards carry, good numbers for an old man😮 Why not try out a new shaft? Lighter, softer tip and try another lie on the club.

  5. So much in this vid Coach, excellent. I've just had a lesson and we were working on path (in to out) and a stronger grip as my weaker/neutral grip was causing me to flip the club face. Unfortunately I don't have your flexibility so struggle to get any degree of up on the driver but will work out how to get that somehow. Glad you brought in the hand/arm height at address to explain the reason for off center hits and the elbow/forearm tip was something I had not heard before and makes sense as to how, if not done correctly, it is still possible to deliver an open club face with a strong grip.

  6. Great video, Coach and very Interesting to see how such slight adjustments in the set up makes such a big difference. Would love to see more videos like this, including mid to high handicappers to see if they can make the same adjustments. Well done 👍🏼

  7. This reminds me of a story about a student visiting a zen master, the student talked endlessly about what he was doing and what he was trying to do… the master began pouring tea in the students cup but instead of stopping at the top he carried on pouring until tea was overflowing on the table… the student asked what are you doing.. the master replied ' you are like this cup, full of your own thoughts and ideas.. empty your cup or how else can anything new enter ' . great video, cheers for posting

  8. That’s just way too many swing thoughts for me Coach. Did you ever figure out your address with the new stronger grip and 4* swing path right? You darn sure took the left side out of the picture.

  9. Really enjoyed this video. A very different lesson to what I am used to, probably because I am so lacking in talent compared to Coach. However, really interesting to watch how Coach adapted to a different set up and how it simplified his swing thoughts.

  10. Mega interesting lesson. The awareness of elbow and forearm rotation in relation to grip is really interesting. Thanks for sharing

  11. I would like to see you working on a fade also, while you are going through this process. Path 2* out to in, and face 1* open, +3* attack angle. The ultimate end goal should be to hit it with a straight flight out to the apex, and have it fall to the left, or fall to the right. Cheers CL

  12. This is a very interesting video. You guys talked about things I have never thought about. I’m a 14 handicapper. More please.

  13. One of my favorites so far. Really showed the value in being a good coach, and a good student.

  14. Yes Coach your iron play has been very good as of late. Having a good coach is one thing, but having a great coach for someone at your level is a must and it appears you have a good one here brother. Enjoying the journey you are on and really appreciate you sharing this with all of us. Don't know that I have seen a better series of videos and that is really saying something since I watch a ton of golf videos. Well done man.
