  1. I was always taught to keep your head behind the ball. Watching you strike the ball, it appears your head is in front of the ball. Correct? Was I taught incorrectly regarding head position at address and at contact with the ball? This video seems to confirm why I my misses are fat and if I hit it solidly, why my ball flight is so high.

  2. Great video as always Ali. Talking about not looking at the ball, I'm a 13 handicapper who had lost my way with striking the ball with all clubs up to driver except for wedges. Because I am a lefty who plays right handed and I am right eye dominant, I was told to try presetting with my head looking a clubs length behind the ball. Well I nervously tried it at the range two weeks ago and the results are unbelievable, my ball striking and distance are now better than ever. I have not been able to take it to the course yet because of the weather, but do you think this is a quick fix or a permanent pre-shot set up going forward?

  3. You taught me something new. Not focussing on the ball but on an imaginary line behind or in front of the ball depending on the club is not said by any teacher. Thank you so much for the tip. Milan

  4. Ali, you've done some great stuff on life point, path, and face control. Love it.

Would a concept like this fix toe or heel strikes? Example, look ahead and a little further away from the centre of the ball to correct a toe strike?
