I've done something like this and wondered if the quality of the cure was affected. I guess not. Maybe you can put that heating element in a larger soft cooler and cut slits through it so you don't have to mess with the foil and fit a bunch more clubs if needed.

shoulda put a cup of epoxy on a piece of foil in the oven so you can see how confirm the cure-level outside of the assembled club
