NEVER. EVER. Do this when you play on artificial grass

One of the absolutely stupidest things you can do is to wear SG boots at AG – simply because they can cause all sorts of injuries to your knees and joints. So if you see a bro wearing SG on artificial grass, tell them to change. For their own and the opponent’s sake.

  1. Maybe I'm mistaken, but if you're on a budget, just get FG, works on natural and artificial fields fine. SG is only really good on very muddy pitches with little friction I think.

  2. I play mainly on AG and save me some money to buy extra boots (ultra MG). Best decision I have ever made in terms of buying football boots. It feels much better than using FG ones.

  3. I had bad experience wearing blade studs on AG field. My ankle and knee still hurt after a few years later. Btw, the accident actually killed that pair of boots.
