Your new room is way to dark. You need to install additional lighting so we can see what’s going on.

That was a great video! The explanation of the wrist and seeing it with HackMotion was one of the best videos I’ve seen. I just bought a HackMotion and can’t wait to learn more. Keep the videos coming on the wrists.
You may want to consider setting up a small spot light toward the ball area away, in the opposite direction of the screen to brighten up your setup area.
It will make the video quality so much better. 🙂 Thanks for a good lesson!
Do you believe too much lead wrist cupping halfway down, causes the subconscious to stall rotation and flip the hands ?
