PW and less I don't hit more than about 85% very rare I'll hit a hard/full wedge, easier to hit a soft one to control the spin.
95 is a full 55° so wind dependent either 50° or PW
Been aligning my ball up on the green this past couple of months after seeing another of your videos. Sure does help.
Love these tips Alex. If I can save 3 stokes every round, then I’d be consistently breaking 90. Unfortunately, my season is over and I’ll have to wait until next Spring to put these tips to use.

Awesome. Thanks Alex. It’s one of my problems as after a nice tee shot on a par 5 I’ll often grab the 3 or 5 wood and go for the green. I know the smart shot is set up for a 80-100 metre wedge shot as your 3rd, just get the “I can do this” stuck in my head and it really is a 1 out of 10 shot to be honest for me.

This was a great segment about strategic play on par 5’s, Alex. This is especially important when playing in colder months where the elements come into play. I have the length to get home in 2 on par 5’s but agree that the punch and pitch strategy help to keep the big scores under control. 👍👍💯💯💪💪
