  1. For 2 years I had a subscription for 3 dz. for $34 on Amazon. They weren't the soft version but for under a dollar a ball I was very pleased with the RBZ.

  2. You need to give a box to @andycarter to make up for that round in Spain when he lost a load of ammo!!

  3. How about a give away since they are more appropriate for us than PV1s? Go on you know you want to

  4. I using this ball and liked. Two dozen now £25.99 but few months ago was £23.99

  5. I was buying the bulk RBZs for a while because they were about a buck a ball when I was getting back into golf. Now that I'm losing less balls I've moved to the AVXs.

  6. Been my go to ball (the yellow version) since picking up golf again after an 18 year break. Great price and feel for a high handicap who looses a few every round. I find them better and more consistent than the more expensive Bridgestone E12s

  7. Been using these for about a year. Good value. I do find they scuff quite easily but often lose the balls before I ruin them.

  8. Interesting review Matt hopefully these look better than the Taylormade Distance +s I bought from the pro shop

  9. is that the same place you did the clevland putters like a year ago ? lol looks like the same place

  10. Matt's video has already caused demand to spike. $26 US as I write this for a dozen at Amazon's US site.

  11. Matt: I carry 288 yards with driver
*Hits almost every shot well past that

Also Matt: These balls don't appear to go any further that I can tell.

  12. Nice Matt the shop i get my Bridgestone balls from also sells these balls pretty cheap to $24 a dozen may have to try them..

  13. They must only be available on Amazon in the UK because these are sold in many stores in Canada (Canadian Tire, Sport Check, Golf Town etc)

  14. Been using these for the last 3 years, think the older ones came in a different box. Great ball for slower swing speeds .

  15. Once again, Matt, I like that you hit so many shots when testing equipment. And the real on-course testing. So many testers just hit 5 shots into a screen and pronounce the product good or bad, and your more thorough approach is much appreciated.
I would love to see a shoot-out with a few of these inexpensive softer ionomer balls. Maybe Callaway Supersoft, Srixon Soft Feel, Titleist TruFeel? I don't imagine there would be a huge difference, but then I don't know because hardly anyone tests them or gets real numbers on them.
    Keep up the good work!

  16. Matt I've tried these balls. Mayne I'm more the guy it's aimed for I'm 10 handicapper for a winter ball I tried the RBZs I think like you I didn't like it off the driver how it went a bit wild on me some shots were slices like you you said hit well I felt I hit well but veered offline. I then went to the taylormade distance plus golf ball same price 14.99 a dozen. these balls I actually found performed better in all departments driver distance and side spin control on the greens off wedges and irons great sounded light though of the face same as putter you called it springy. I found them both light off the face and made them spring more but you adapt to them or get a putter eith a soft insert. I think for people out there in my opinion the distance ball is actually a better ball that might just be me but I'd advise people to try them out if they think the RBZ is OK to try the distance the compression is 77 but I thought they were quite responsive. In the UK to play winter golf the ball is going to get muddy wet and scrwtcjed so durability as you rightly say is also a big factor etc you don't want to use a good ball yo lose it under a leaf or throw it away. The balls I use in summer comps is taylormade tour response at my level it's a great ball and I believe and feel confident in that ball but for winter golf in the UK the distance suits me the best it's what I'm looking for really to get me through winter. So anyone using RBZs give them a go yo and see what you think. Callaway warbirds are also worth a go agsin harder ball bjt 15 quid your not going to get that premium soft feel from like me tour response at 35 quid a dozen but on soft greens that plug no roll etc there really isn't any benefits to me in the tour response to distance in winter when you consider the price.

  17. Srixon marathon soft, £19.99 for 24… Nothing more needs to be said.

  18. Matt I think you’d have to hit 10 shots out of a bunker for a fair test of durability. I’ll be sticking with the Callaway Chrome Soft triple track.👍🏻🇦🇺

  19. I get these at golftown in Canada all the time for this price. I can lose these just as easy as I lose a TP5 😂

  20. All you Youtubers judge the Balls against the Pro V1 and the TP5… Which is BS. is the ball a good ball on its own? Is the Price right? Knowing nothing about a ball other than its not as good as a Pro V1 is pretty narrow minded.

  21. The only inomer ball I’ve ever liked was the Titleist Trufeels. Used those when I first started playing a few years ago. I graduated to ProV1s now, and can’t change. I have a hole in one with a ProV1. I’m a lifer!

  22. When I see a brand call their non premium ball soft, I know without trying it that it will not be soft.

  23. Nice spin, I think. Those balls are aimed towards beginner golfers. We all know a PGA pro can get almost any ball to check on the green with technique that most amateur golfers do not have. A fair test, I don't know.

  24. Seems to be just doing the same reviews as Rick Shiels, nothing different

  25. As you say for a mid to hi handicapper who wants to play with a brand name ball but doesn't want to spend near £50 for a dozen this is seems a good ball option.

  26. If you cut these all open I wouldn’t be surprised if at least one of them has a different core in

  27. I found these a couple of months back and really rate them. I normally play Srixon Soft Feel and these play just as well.

  28. May not be getting ‘legendary’ distance, but if they’re making the same distance as your TP5 or ProV1X, then at £14.99 they’re an amazing steal. Unless you’re a +5 handicapper you’d be mad not to buy them. Just gone on Amazon, only £13.49 Black Friday deal. Bought some.

  29. Srixon ad333 springs to mind……,
Personally I play the Vice pro, have done for some time. I find them an excellent ball.

  30. Hi Matt, I thought you might want to know that you've got a couple of white cottons hanging from your shorts…just an observation lol

  31. Playing like the average Joe has a silver lining…..you can always find another ball in or near the bush/trees/lake that you hit into. On my worse days, I'm playing with a different lost ball at the start of every hole!

  32. Why isn’t distance 10/10 if you are hitting it as long as a ProV1? Are there balls that blow the ProV1 out of the water on distance? What would a ten even look like?

  33. I use to use them when I was starting out and then slowly moved more premium as I got more confident. I use these over the winter so I’m not losing my tp5s, plugged in the softer fairways. For the price you can’t beat them although for an extra few quid you can get the ad333’s which are a little softer in my opinion

  34. I've seen these balls for sale at a major golf retailer here in Canada … and I find lots of them whenever I wander into the rough or woods looking for my own ball.

  35. I bought something off Amazon the other day, worst mistake ever. Brick in a box. What a bloody awful company, but looked for "less convenient" alternatives and found my local was even cheaper!!

  36. Matt, if a ball manufacturer tried selling the softest ball they can to a budget. i.e went all in on feel and made no claims on distance, (maybe a really thick cover?) Do we think it would actually be that bad for the average Sunday golfer? Every ball claims the classic feel distance straight triple threat haha. What if the non premium ball just sticks to one consciously sacrificing the others…
