I have had a few people ask me “how do you choose toe spikes”?
So here it is. It isn’t too difficult and it is very condition specific. Basically, big spikes for the deep stuff or when you are on a lot of off camber, downhill, awkward running bits. I use small ones all the time because I like the Horst spikes better than the stock options, and middle ground for that one slippery section or loose runup on the track. Let me know if you have any questions/comments below. Cheers.

Training and nutrition videos please 🙏🏻
Thanks for answering my question Kerry!! I appreciate the "behind the scenes" content and tips.
Bought the Horst toe spike kit 2 years ago – use the small ones 100% of the time – NO adverse conditions in 2 year and thus have not use the other ones yet – next year!
Super helpful!
Good information.
Thank you.
This weekend should be …. Short or medium?
It's looking like a great race for spectators.
Thanks again for the great content.
