Strike, compression with the irons and to get the driver back on track was on the agenda for Keith’s ZEN Golf Mechanics lesson experience with ZEN Coach George. Here (following on from part 1) of the lesson where George and Keith worked on release patterns and getting the wrists to work in all planes of motion – now it was to explore the ground reaction forces using the GRFi system.
