Here is a quick but VERY effective cardio field workout! I was trying to run a mile a day but realized that not only was it not for me (I hated it haha), but also I just wasn’t seeing results like I did when I was doing this type of HIIT cardio workout. It’s great for if you’re traveling or don’t have access to a gym. All you need is your body and about 50 yards to run!
