  1. Great Video, based on your previous collaboration am already a subscriber. I’m using Arccos for my stats.

  2. Great video Gen 👍.

Although I would add that collecting stats is one thing, knowing what to do with the collected data is something else. That would be worth a follow up video imo.

  3. Been subscribed to Gen since she first appeared on your channel. So happy and positive and enjoyable to watch for golfers of all levels (even though she's a pro), and she has a swing as smooth as silk that's so consistent but you can still watch it all day (unlike some of your big stick drives Matty! sh*ts and giggles!). Waddaplaya

  4. Such a sweet swing by a fabulous lady, Thank you Genevieve.
    Continued success to you.

  5. I love watching your videos and this one was informative. I use a Garmin S20 watch that provides yardage on every shot I make. This info then provides avg distance for each club as well as a lot of other helpful information. I think keeping detailed stats has helped me improve my game from a handicap of 18 to my current handicap of 4.

  6. I keep fairways, greens, number of putts, and feet of putts made. I generally shoot par, or slightly under, when having less than 30 putts in a round, so I take putting very seriously. Don’t get me wrong…. Strike is NUMBER ONE, when it comes to scoring, followed closely by direction. Get to where you hit zero chunks, or skulls during a round, and have zero balls out of play, and you’re well on your way to a single digit HC. Chipping, and putting is “low hanging fruit” that can shave 6-8 strokes off your game, but ball striking is KING. You’ll naturally get better at chipping, and putting as you go.

  7. Well done Genevieve and thanks for the tips. You are amazing! I'd rather play with you than Matt 😆

  8. I always Love Genevieve Vidoes, I subscribed to her with less than 500 subs, she is my Golf crush lmao

  9. Gen – Wadda Playa !! For amateurs I think FIR is critical in the simple fact that we don't have as much skill/control out of the rough as pros do. The rest, can match up pretty well though pros tend to get closer to the pin than amateurs but GIR is probably critical. I also like a stat I call PIR (putting in regulation). While you may not be technically on the green if you can either putt or chip like a putt that is just as solid of a stat for amateeurs.

  10. Really classy of Sidekick to feature Gen so prominently. Golf Youtubers genuinely helping each other is beautiful to see.

  11. Waddaguest! Hoping for a speedy recovery for GSK if he’s sick, or a nice a long vacation if he’s on holiday.

  12. Good video – not sure what the argument is for NOT tracking stats. if you aren't tracking stats then how do you monitor which areas to focus improvement on?

  13. And she is smart !! An only-qualities woman. Very clever analysis. Just a point : you should also do or refer to stats on other tour players so to really have an idea of your level. No ?

  14. Some people like gen have swings you can only aspire to have, and will work towards your whole life.
