My distances are amazing since changing my grip and club face relationship.
I'm hitting stock wedge 140, 7 iron 185 and now driving 300+
Lost 10 points off my handicap this season from 26 to 16.
Played some rounds in the low 80s, dying to break 80 now.

I hurt my left foot and found Skecher's shape up shoes, no longer made, helped. They sort of rock back and forth and cause you to engage your quadriceps. I decided to try hitting balls while wearing them to take stress off my foot. The experience was similar to your video on the trampoline. At the time I didn't think of them as a swing aid and was swinging in spite of them in order to hit balls again. I think you have discovered something helpful here.
