I was named medical-sub leading into a massive Friday Night clash vs Melbourne Demons at the Gabba. The dees showed why they won last years premership beating us by 58 points. I got on the ground in the last quarter, and I want to say I love the Lions fans, I could hear the cheers as I came on and kicked a goal.
I was given the option if I wanted to play Saturday in the VFL against the undefeated Casey Demons (Melbournes reserves) and we ended up winning in a hard fought game. Securing a top 2 spot leading into the finals, finishing the game with 42 disposals.
Golf has been a massive outlet for me mentally whilst going through a tough year with footy. Hope you enjoy the vlog, time to rest before we play finals footy for the 4th year in a row.

Robbo, I can kick a sloppy 30 metres and have never played a game of footy in my life. My fitness is also mediocre at best, and I'm 165cm. Is it realistic at 22 years old to start playing footy, or would I be better off playing a sport that's not so dependent on physique and fitness?
