Rule no 43c addresses this directly,the Primates that occupy the bar and the lounge area must be requested to opine, or even better the current Captain ,you will of course get an incoherent response that should be recorded and played back at him annual dinner, failing that ,just take up billiards or sky diving or indeed start counting UFOS from the back bar
