This all happened after the police tried several times to get him to pull over. When they pulled in front of him he tried to drive around the police car. When they finally stopped him he wouldn’t open the window which is why the officer pulled out a baton to make him realise that he was going to loose his window. If you behaved like this in America what would happen? Your report is hyping this up.

There's something not quite right about this, the Police behaved badly but obviously something set them off this is the UK not the USA where Tyrant's in uniforms abound. There's more to this than just Racism.
I'm sorry but the sad reality WAS that typically black men with nice cars are obviously involved with some kind of illicit activity. They still maybe. Maybe foreign news outlets should focus their attention in their own f*cking countries well being instead of airing what goes on in the US therefore making foreign cops think that all black are suspicious of some kind of illicit behavior. I just find it really odd that it's always African blacks being prosecuted in this manner rather than indian blacks. Maybe because Indian blacks are never aggressive or tend to be the preparators of violent crimes and not have a community or media built around f*cking hoes, stealing the bag or "busting caps".
That's the second time he's been pulled over like that, of course he'd be hesitant to stop.
