"It's just SLOW!" | How to Add SPEED to your Golf Swing



David had felt that his golf swing had lost its life, throughout the years of working on it he had completely unintentionally inhibited himself from swinging freely.

The increased amount of tension that can occur from a lot of conscious effort put into positional work on a golf swing can create so much inertia on the system that both a high cognitive and physical effort are then required to swing the golf club.

  2. Another fantastic lesson. Unbelievable instruction. I love how you teach the movement in a natural way, so that the student can get use to the natural sequence and their own timing. Many of the moves just come without thinking about them it really does boil down to what’s your intention for that shot. Cheers.
