Very helpful. Thanks location of hands on irons, good subtle point
Todd, should you look at the target or slightly left of target to promote a shuttle draw?
Subtle
HI.. all good with stance, ball position… BUT another instructor…states do not press your hands forward.
great tips thanks doesnt moving the grip a bit foward close the face?
I'm a 6 handicapp and continuously find myself hitting fat shots. I do struggle with lateral movement. Could this be caused by ball position or the lateral movement?
Thx Todd! Harvey Pennick says hands in front of left thigh for a righty…so ALOT of shaft lean at address? I do some, like you showed. Thoughts?
Thanks Todd
You talk about hitting up on the ball with the driver because the ball is teed up and slightly down on the ball with an iron. What about hitting an iron when the ball is teed up?
If hitting an iron using a tee would you use the same setup as the driver
Very helpful. I’m going to try it out now
Hello. Just watched your lesson. And my irons are my weak point. But watching the tips about putting the weight from leading leg to trail leg. Makes sense. Looking forward to putting it in pratice next time. Thanks Jon.
Thanks for the video. How much do you hinge at the hips and ‘stick your butt out’? Does it vary by length of club?
Which # irons does this technique specifically work for?
