  1. The forward press then a smooth transition into the backswing, allowing the left heel to rise for full pivot turn, the tiniest hint of a pause, then bang down the left heel and the job is done. Beautiful.

  2. Were these women "shut" on the takeaway, as Brandel Chamblee has identified in the best golf swings of all time? It's hard for me to tell. Love the footwork.

  3. The incomparable Mary Kathryn "Mickey" Wright beginning at 50 seconds. She was the greatest woman player of all time and it's not close. In addition she ranks with the greatest men in golf history. She is the only woman to win the two oldest and most prestigious woman's championships (US Woman's Open & the LPGA Championship) as many as 4 times each. She won 10 or more tour evants in 4 consecutive years including the all-time single year record of 13 in 1963. All other women have won 10+ 5 times combined. She is the only one to own all 4 modern major women's titles at the same time in 1962. She is the only woman to win at least one major in 7 consecutive years (1958-64). Ben Hogan called her swing the best he had ever seen.
