It's already clear from the start who will become European champion. The empire even helped a bit in the beginning and from there on the Brits did their thing. Lets just give them the title and get it over with. It's an obvious sign that woman football is still developing and in it's early stages of becoming professional. Outside Britain there ain't many people watching the games of the Brits. Why should they ?

I'm sorry but this is why women need to stop comparing their football with men's because it's games like this that remind you of the gulf in class between the 2. Yes it's impressive from a woman's perspective but the women's sport lacks competitiveness. Other than when Germany beat Brazil 7-1 which was a embarrassing, this sort of result doesn't happen at international tournaments but at a woman's tournament it happens on a regular basis because the competition in the sport is s***. Why do these women like putting women's and men's records together in football when it's a lot easier to score in the women's game but when it comes to athletics and stuff they have separate world records for men and women? Why don't women in athletics fight for equal records in that? They only want to share records they know they can beat. I'm sorry but until the competition in women's football is actually at an acceptable level then I can't have any more respect for the womens football scene

The worst thing about women's football is when female pundits talk about the games as if they had just witnessed something extraordinary and that women's football has very much arrived and is now accepted as being exciting as the men's CL final. When in fact nothing could be further from the truth.

from what I have seen the lionesses shouldn’t fear any European team = Thrashed the Dutch 5-1 and demolished Norway 8-0!! Norway have 3 dangerous European strikers and the lionesses defence was world class!!!
